Up to, during, and after its release, Mass Effect set the imaginations of gamers ablaze. It was an experience that many people seemed to embrace without a second thought. It was some time after its release that people saw Mass Effect for what it really was: a nice, if unsuccessful attempt.

Video games are a largely subjective art form. A game can be judged on whether it appeals to you in terms of setting, gameplay, narrative, visual stylization, or many other factors; therefore a “good” game tends to be one that appeals to us and those who think like we do.

Eidos’s Mini Ninjas is a cartoon-style action game, with plenty of ninjas, that any age group can enjoy. The Saturday morning cartoon-style plot revolves around the return of the Evil Samurai Warlord, who was banished… because he’s evil; it’s never really elaborated on.
